
Refund and Returns Policy

At KexoolBike, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive Refund and Returns Policy that ensures a hassle-free process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and labels.
- The return is requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is provided.
- The product is not a custom order, clearance item, or sale product (which may be non-returnable as indicated on the product page).
Please Note: Some products, such as lubricants, oils, and other consumable items, may be non-returnable once opened for hygiene and safety reasons. Please verify product details before purchasing.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@kexoolbike.com or call us at (252) 569-5391 within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the Product: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
Please include the RA number inside the package to help us process your return more efficiently.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
- Shipping Fees: If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, opened, or missing components, we may issue a partial refund or deny the return based on the condition of the product.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, we recommend following the return process and placing a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate direct exchanges at this time.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you and issue a full refund or replacement for the damaged item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Products marked as final sale or clearance items.
- Opened lubricants, oils, or other consumables.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
